Leaders and members of the Realter Society are living testimonies of the shared values of the organization. Groupings conduct their own independent plans, programs, projects and activities such as team-building activities, social gatherings, policy conference, peer reviews and counseling, charity , and community volunteerism, among others. |

Realter Society follows a leadership-making tradition that is free from the complication of competitive politics. In Realter Society, there is no election, only volunteerism and leadership sharing. The Registrar directly appoints those who volunteer to take a leadership position. Leaders in the society share existing positions and create new ones to nurture the talent and enthusiasm of those who volunteer. |
