1. MEMBERSHIP FEES

Current rate for Paying Member is $100US, which is good for and renewable every five years. Rates are locked, meaning, future increase in rates will not affect the rate of the old member.

3. EXEMPTIONS FROM FEES

For Philippine cases, the Honorary Members and Complimentary Members are exempted from membership fees. Honorary members include:

 

(1) Topnotchers [top ten] of the licensure exams. Applicable in Philippines only.

 

(2) CEO and COO of big Development Corporations and REITs with at least P10B Corporate Assets.

 

(3) Presidents and Chief Administrators of Subdivision and Condominium Homeowners Associations with at least 100 Members.

(4) CEO and COO of Hotels, Resorts, and Golf and Country Clubs with at least P10B Corporate Assets.

2. RECRUITER’S DISCOUNT

Members who have recruited five (5) new paying members within a five (5) year membership period is entitled to 100% Discount of membership fee when the time comes to renew his own membership subscription.

(5) Public officials who are relevant in real estate sector including Heads and Cabinets of State, Senators and Congressmen who sponsor real estate legislation, Director of Registry of Deeds, Provincial and City Assessors, Head of the real-estate-related programs of government.

(6) Popular celebrities.

 

Complimentary membership are those Pioneer Members who have submitted IPORESP Integration Form on or before 15 Sept 2011.

4. MEMBERSHIP PROCESSING

 

Realter Society publishes the invitees through the Realter Society Blogsite. The onset of membership application processing is initiated after applicant completes the Online Membership Form.

5. LAPEL PINS and PICTORIALS

The Realter Society issues Lapel Pin, Logo Frame, and arranges pictorial opportunity to new members.

 

The pictorials is one-time and very important in the documentation of new members.This is conducted in the office of the Realter Society Founder in Manila (by appointment) or during gatherings of the Realter Society.  In case the member cannot come to the Realter Society Office, special arrangement can be coordinated to send the items to the new member after the new member sends to the Realter Society Founder a picture in business attire holding a framed Realter Society Logo.
